2026 Candidate Forum

Smithville Recreation Center

The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce invites the community to attend the 2026 Smithville Candidate Forum. This public forum provides residents the opportunity to hear directly from the candidates running for Smithville City Council in the May 2026 election. Smithville ISD School Board candidates may also participate.

The Candidate Forum is designed to encourage informed civic engagement by offering attendees the chance to learn about each candidate’s priorities, experience, and vision for the community.

Community members are encouraged to submit questions in advance:
