Smithville’s Community-Wide Garage Sale – Saturday, April 4, 2026
 
Community Wide Garage Sale is a rain or shine event.
 
The Garage Sale Map will be available after 3pm on Friday, April 3, 2026. Paper copies will be available on the front porch of the Chamber of Commerce.
 
Get ready to treasure hunt! The Smithville Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to our Community-Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, April 4, 2026, from 8 AM to 3 PM. This beloved semi-annual event (mark your calendar – the fall sale is October 3, 2026!) draws a huge crowd, with 50+ sales happening all over town. 
 
How to Shop:
Start your day by picking up a map at the Chamber front porch, which will guide you to all the participating garage sales at private residences. Maps will be available beginning Friday, April 3, at 3 PM and will remain stocked on the Chamber front porch throughout the event day.
 
Interested in Selling?
 
Host at home: Get your sale on the map for just $15! (Payable in person or online.)
Don’t have a great location? Reserve a spot at Railroad Park for $15 and take advantage of downtown foot traffic. (Payable in person or online.)
 
Boost your visibility! Rent a bold "Stop Here" yard sign for an extra $10 to direct shoppers your way. (Payable in person or online.) Signs will be available for pick-up starting Thursday, April 2, and must be returned by Monday, April 6.

Complete the registration process online by:
1) Pay by selecting Register 
2) Download the map HERE, mark where your garage sale will be held, then attach the map at the bottom of the online form which can be found at: http://business.smithvilletx.org/form/view/38848
 
Maps can be picked up at the Chamber Office on Friday, April 3rd after 3pm or can be downloaded by clicking this LINK. (Link will be added when garage sale maps are available online.)
