Are you or someone you love impacted by opioid use? You don't have to go through recovery alone. Join our FREE Community Support Group at Smithville Community Clinic.

✔️ Bi-weekly group sessions (8-12 weeks)
✔️ Practical skills for recovery and relapse prevention
✔️ Education on opioid use disorder, triggers, and coping tools
✔️ Support from peers and a certified facilitator

Facilitated by a Certified Recovery Support Peer Specialist, this group offers education, accountability, and connection in a safe, judgment-free environment.
